Lacuna Pharma Pty Ltd and its subsidiary companies (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, protect and disclose personal information as required by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Privacy Regulations 2013 (Cth); Australian State and Territorial laws governing the use of personal information or health records and the general law intended to protect your privacy – as amended from time to time.

Lacuna Pharma provides pharmaceutical products and services to hospitals, pharmacies and the health market generally. In providing these products and services, we may collect, use and disclose personal information.

- Reporting obligations under Medicines Australia’s then current Code of Conduct;

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with others. Information provided by you may be stored in databases or other systems which are stored overseas including, but not limited to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Security and Data Retention
Lacuna Pharma will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your information is stored securely whether in an electronic or physical form. For example, only staff needing access to the information are allowed access. Your personal information is stored in secured premises or in electronic databases requiring logins and passwords.
Some information is kept for as long as necessary to comply with legal requirements. We will take reasonable steps to de-identified or destroyed any personal information that is no longer needed is.
Where Lacuna Pharma needs to disclose personal information to a third-party service provider, we require that they comply with this Policy; the relevant Australian Acts and Regulations (as amended from time to time) and are subject to obligations to protect the privacy and security of your personal information and use it only for the specific purpose for which it is disclosed.
